clean, clean, clean
I was blown away by how spotlessly clean the apartment was, which made my stay so much more enjoyable. The spacious layout offered plenty of room for my family, especially with the well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Plus, I absolutely loved the fresh breakfast bags delivered to our door every morning, filled with delicious pastries and savory treats that set the perfect tone for our days!
would recommend 😊❤️

The neighborhood felt very local yet not crowded.
I had issues with a moldy smell from the ventilation in my first room, which was far from ideal. I was charged extra fees for cleaning, which was quite frustrating given the price we paid. Staff also didn't attend to room equipment effectively, leaving us to notice missing items and appliances that weren't working.

absolutely disapointing. they expected me to clean my own room & charge me for not taking out garbage. and surprise, surprise, the room was not even what I booked! not to mention the moldy smell, which accompanied me throughout my stay. giving an apple juice as an apology? just couldn’t. I deserve better when traveling.

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking tools, making family meals a breeze. The beds were comfortable, giving us the rest we needed after long days exploring.
We faced quite a few headaches during our stay. Cleaning responsibilities fell entirely on us. if we didn't wash dishes or take out the trash, we faced hefty charges of €40 each. The upstairs had a constant moldy odor coming from the bathrooms and the dishwasher smelled worse than a Wookiee hunt gone wrong. Security was another concern—the old-style keys meant we had to return them to the front desk every time we left, and there were times no one was there, leaving our key just lying around. The garden access was supposed to be a nice perk, but the key didn't fit the lock, so we missed out on that potentially enjoyable space. for the high price we paid, it felt more like babysitting a poorly maintained space than enjoying a vacation.

Had a boss time in the studio! The staff were dead sound, always ready to help with tips on where to eat. The location was spot on, close to Rue Mouffetard's markets. Only downside was the bathroom being a bit cramped, just a small hiccup!

competitive pricing but limited space
The location is excellent, as it's on a pedestrian-only street that makes it very peaceful. I appreciated the nearby Carrefour supermarket and café, providing convenient breakfast options. The sofa bed turned out to be surprisingly spacious and comfortable. the garden view from the apartment added a lovely touch to our stay!
The room felt a bit cramped for a family with two kids.

Spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing stay. The fresh breakfast delivered daily was a delightful treat, though the black and white flooring felt unclean. The shower was tricky to navigate safely, which is something to be mindful of if you have older guests.

Had a great time with friends in a spacious apartment. Loved cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen and hanging out in the comfy living area. We visited the nearby market street for fresh produce and strolled through Luxembourg Gardens. The staff was super friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
We encountered issues with some items being wobbly or needing repair.

We had a fantastic time at Pepper & Paper Apartments! The stylish decor and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with a school across the street and surrounded by delightful restaurants and cafés. The metro was just a short walk away, making getting around Paris super easy. The basement laundry area could use some sprucing up.
